Is your Network Secure?
As a provider of several Information Protection services, Lincoln Archives is breaking down the options to determine if your organization’s data protection policies are truly protecting client information.
Lincoln Archives newest division LACyber offers two main ways to evaluate current procedures:
1. Data Breach Readiness
Data Breach Readiness is an in-house evaluation of current procedures to identify ways to improve policies to protect data and step to take if a Data Breach occurs internally. Through a quick (10min) survey, an organization is able to understand areas in which need next steps. After the survey is completed, a seal completion is issued which can use digitally to showcase to clients that an organization is taking steps to proactively protect their information.
Any monthly client of Lincoln Archives has access to this service at reduced cost.
2. Pen Testing, Reporting & Policy Development & Systems Consulting
Testing a network, creating policies and having technology work best for your organization is available by utilizing several services. Conducting Vulnerability scanning, Security Assessments, Firewall log review, and Anti-virus review will provide necessary information to ensure your network is as secure as possible. In addition, we’ll work with you to create and implement policies to ensure internal policies are in place so these items can work hand in hand. Once a full understanding is developed, we’ll take a look at how we can have your systems work for you organization-instead of the other way around.
Both these options provide an extensive analysis of how to best protect client information and how to prepare for a Data Breach. The state of New York requires all business to showcase they’re proactively protecting client information and these are just a few of the steps to do so.
