Lincoln Archives Review of 2016
Author: William Palisano, President of Lincoln Archives
Like mentioned above, we expanded our team during 2016 which is a direct relation to the great successes of the businesses in the past couple years. Specifically, Kathryn has joined our team as the Sales and Marketing Coordinator. Kathryn’s position allows us to service the needs of the increasing sales inquiries to our business and coordinate our marketing activities.
In addition to expanding our team, our fleet of trucks has expanded to seven trucks, a humbling notion as we began with one truck almost 25 years ago! These trucks aid our operations team who continues to provide the information management and data protection solutions such as document shredding, document storage, and Back-Up and Recovery services to our ever-growing clientele.
During the past year, we’ve leased an office and I began working out of the Thomas R. Beecher, Jr. Innovation Center (a part of the Buffalo Niagara Medial Campus). The decision for the Lincoln Family of Companies to be an active part of the BNMC was made in 2015 to make moving, medical waste disposal and information management and data protection solutions readily available to the businesses on the campus. Look for more details regarding this decision in upcoming blog post.
One of the areas in which we are looking to expand is our service offerings for the Rochester area. In addition to offering on-site shredding which we have done for years, we are working towards offering off-site shredding services and additional service dates to match the increased demand for services in this area.
In addition to our increased efforts with Marketing and Sales this past year, we’re looking to further expand this in 2017. Additional involvements in the Western New York Community and various promotions will provide dynamic relationships between us, our clients, and the Buffalo community.
Specifically, for our service offerings, as Malware, Ransomware and Cyber Security Threats are prevalent on an hourly basis, our Data Protection and Cloud Back-Up Recovery services have served as innovated solutions and will continue to serve as prime ways to protect one’s data in 2017 and beyond.
With the start of every new year, many take the time to reflex on the accomplishments of the past year and take time to set new goals for upcoming year. Here at Lincoln Archives, my team and I took a look back at what we’ve achieved during the past year and what we can look forward to in the following months.
Below are some of the achievements of 2016 and goals for 2017:
As we begin 2017, I’d like to send a big thank you to not only our clients that allow us to even think about various expansions in the next year and beyond, but also to every member of the team for their daily dedication to servicing our clients.
