No, we’re not the BIGGEST company in our market, but we don’t care about that. What we care about is being the BEST. And, we’ve been told (time after time, from new clients who’ve dealt with the ‘big guys’) that we ARE the best… by far. We currently operate three (3) high-security, un-marked facilities in Buffalo and Tonawanda, NY. We have 2 small fleets, and you can see our vehicles providing services around WNY on any given day.
We are seeking Warehouse Associates / Couriers (aka – Information Retrieval & Refile Specialists) who will retrieve hard copy files, x-rays, computer tapes etc., scan them out and prep them to be delivered to our clients. These Warehouse Associates also receive hard copy files, x-rays, computer tapes, etc., from our drivers then scan back in, locate their storage location, then re-file them and scan back into storage location. From time to time, our Warehouse Associates may be called upon to deliver or pickup to/from client sites in WNY (via company Ford Transit van).
Work hours are typically 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday – Friday. Duties include:
- Efficiently picking and packing orders
- Receive inbound inventory
- Put away inbound inventory
- Periodic, when necessary - delivery driving locally with exceptional customer service
Some warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 35 pounds consistently
- Must have a valid NYS Driver’s License
- Must be able to pass both a criminal background check and a drug screen
- Must be dependable and punctual

Pay: $18.00 per hour
