WEB ORDERS, FAXES AND EMAILS ARE PROCESSED IN A BATCH MODE, AND NOT NECESSARILY PROCESSED IMMEDIATELY. DO NOT CALL OUR MAIN OFFICE TELEPHONE NUMBER.

After you hear three short beeps, dial in your phone number. (REMEMBER: IF YOUR COMPANY USES AN ANSWERING SERVICE OUTSIDE OF BUSINESS HOURS, MAKE SURE YOU PUNCH IN A DIRECT NUMBER WHERE YOU CAN BE REACHED.)
Press the # button on your phone (to send). You should hear a succession of more beeps, then hang up.
Within 5-10 minutes, our on call client service representative will call you to inquire as to what your service needs are. Make sure you are on our Records Access Authorization Form (on file). Instruct our operator that you are a records management client and that you have an EMERGENCY ORDER. Identify yourself and give your company name and your security code. Give our client service representative your request.
If, for some reason our on-call client service representative does not contact you within 10 minutes, please page again. Remember, make sure you punch in a direct number where you can be reached.
