A Bonnie Grad, Baker and Book Collector Joins the Team.
As we at Lincoln Archives, along with many other people in the Western New York Community, meet new people as they begin a new school or work year, we want to welcome the newest member of our team, Jordan Orbank. Jordan joins the team as Customer Service Representative and will assist clients with their needs and preform various office tasks.
A graduate of St. Bonaventure University, Jordan brings her knowledge and several years of client and employee relations experience from her former role at DHL to her current position. At DHL, she was considered the “go-to” person by several members of the organization as she effectively assisted managers, warehouse workers, and truck drivers alike with their various needs. In addition to providing assistance, Jordan was also responsible for preforming on-boarding duties such as leading safety training sessions and preforming human resources tasks.
Jordan mentions she was initially drawn to Lincoln Archives due to the environment that comes with being a small family owned company. As mentioned is our previous blog, Two Heads Are Better Than One. Six Are Even Better, the increased teamwork that is present within a small family owned company compared to a large national company enables each member to make a larger impact within the organization.
Outside of work, you can find Jordan watching various shows on the streaming service-Netflix-with her favorite type of show being anything British. Jordan is also an avid collector of the first edition of books and has been told she’s a great baker-so good, in fact, she’s been told she should open her own bakery.
Please join us in welcoming Jordan by commenting below and saying “Hi” if you hear a new voice answer the phone.
Lincoln Archives is the ONLY Family Owned, LOCAL Company providing NAID AAA Certified document and data destruction services and is a proud member of Lincoln Family of Companies serving the Western New York Community since 1914.
