Administrative Assistant & Client Services Representative (CSR)



We’re seeking a positive, friendly, high energy person with strong customer service skills to assist with customer service, client management and building on our customer loyalty.

Tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Answering telephones
  • Order Processing
  • Data Entry
  • General Sales Support
  • Database content quality assurance and invoicing


Skills and Experience needed:

Should have 2-3+ years’ experience with customer service in B2B service business(s). Outgoing personality, friendly, warm, quick learner with the ability to learn and understand contracts and pricing, a mastery of basic math, good problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt and think on their feet, experience using software systems for order entry, job tracking, billing and invoicing.

Requirements:
  • Associate Degree
  • 2 years Administrative / CSR experience:
  • Driver’s License

Sales Representative



We’re seeking a positive, friendly, high energy sales person with strong customer service skills and the ability to go after any opportunity to close a sale.

Tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Respond to inbound phone and web inquiries to determine the best service to meet the needs of the prospective client.
  • Call inquirer, ascertain potential need(s).
  • Create corresponding quotes/proposals and agreements.
  • Actively follow up on inquiries to close sale.
  • Put all details of inquiries into shared Sales and Marketing CRM, including collecting existing vendor contract expiration details.
  • Coordinate with appropriate Manager/Supervisor to schedule jobs.
  • Compose file folder with all job details for office use.
  • Attend targeted association, business, seminars, breakfasts, lunches, networking events, trade shows, etc. Collect business cards and put decision making person contact details into CRM. If any current opportunities exist perform tasks as outlined above.
  • Represent us at sponsored table(s), tradeshow booths, etc., at targeted association, business, seminars, breakfasts, lunches, networking events, trade shows, etc. Collect business cards and put decision making person contact details into CRM. If any current opportunities exist perform tasks as outlined above.
  • May be required to cold call (via phone and/or face to face) selected targeted prospects (ie: if LAI services one company in an industrial/business/office park), to build route density, call on other companies located in same/nearby park/location).
  • Schedule face to face meetings with large prospects (use/want weekly services, multiple locations/branches or 10+ Consoles/Toters at a/any location) for thyself, or other designated team member to attend. Convert one-time clients to recurring clients by implementing our 30-Day Trial Program.
  • As directed by Sales and Marketing Coordinator, assist with cross selling existing LAI clients with other LAI service offerings and the services to the other Lincoln Family of Companies’ clients.
Skills and Experience needed:

Must at least 2 years sales experience and should have some experience with CRM software. Candidate must possess an outgoing personality, have excellent math and written and verbal communication skills, be a quick learner, organized, possess attention to detail, thinks on his/her feet, be a self-starter, goal oriented, and be competitive. In addition, the candidate should not be afraid to ask questions to determine potential needs, and not be afraid to ask for an opportunity to propose a solution and not afraid to ask for the business once a solution is proposed.
